30-Day Return Window

You may return any unused item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To start a return, email support@zavquro.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we’ll send you return instructions.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging included. Items that are damaged, missing parts, or show signs of use may be subject to a partial refund.

Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Defective or Damaged Items

Received a defective or damaged item? Contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@zavquro.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund right away — no return shipping cost to you.
