Products & Pricing

We strive to display our products and prices accurately. In the event of an error (incorrect price, description, or availability), we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. Product images are for illustration; actual items are brand new and factory-sealed.

Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud.

Shipping

We ship to all 50 US states from our US warehouse. Standard shipping is $9.99 (5–7 business days); shipping is free on orders over $99. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

Warranty

All products are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. Zavquro does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer, except as required by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zavquro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable US law.
